Student Eligibility Requirements

• Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for the current term
• Good academic standing: minimum 2.0 GPA
• No overdue debt to the college (payment plans are not considered debt)
• Experiencing an emergency or unexpected situation
• Reside in the Richland Community College District
• Demonstrate a financial need

There are two separate applications, one for a laptop and one for a bill pay request.  Students are not eligible to receive both in the same semester.  The link for the laptop application is below as well as the link to learn more about the Bill Pay option.

If you and your family are facing food insecurity, please complete the Pantry Questionnaire. The Pantry entrance is located just off of Parking Lot C on the Richland campus and is OPEN Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am-2pm and Wednesdays from 4pm-6pm (hours may vary in the summer and during holidays or scheduled breaks.
